What does Action Reaching Communities actually do?
We are what is known as a Community Interest Company (CiC).
The company has been set up specifically to help economically inactive and the long term unemployed, find their way back in to work, by offering fully funded training courses along with help in finding sustainable, well paid employment.
Known as a National Third Sector Organisation we are committed in our goal of supporting Youths and Adults into work in the Rail, Plant and Civils sectors, through work focussed training in England and Wales.
Why? The simple answer is to help the communities in which we operate by offering vocational training to help get workers back to work and those new to the world of work, a chance to get on the career ladder. This in turn helps to support their local communities – so making the places that they live better for everyone.
